All-Inclusive Regulations

Your all-inclusive benefits begin at 13:00 on your arrival day and end at 11:00 on your departure day.

The all-inclusive program is valid from 07:30 to 23:00, with alcoholic beverages served from 10:00 to 23:00. Any consumption outside these hours is charged according to the hotel’s price list.

Guests are required to wear or present their all-inclusive bracelet at all times to access meals, drinks and services included in the package.

All beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are for personal consumption only and are served one at a time. Alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited for guests under 18 years of age.

While guests can enjoy unlimited meals and drinks at the restaurant or bar as part of the all-inclusive program, food and beverages may not be removed from the premises where they are served.

The management reserves the right to withhold all-inclusive privileges from guest whose behaviour is inconsiderate, disruptive, or abusive toward other guests or hotel staff.

Additionally, privileges may be revoked if guests offer or share their all-inclusive benefits with non-eligible visitors. We kindly ask all guests to enjoy their all-inclusive privileges responsibly and respectfully.
